C25 Power Collet is widely used in all kinds of machining clamping field. It is one kind of collet,
the connection tool between toolholder and CNC tool.
C25 Power Collet can clamp 6mm-20mm diameter tools.
Used in combination with a powerful toolholder.
Requirements for the toolholder must be able to clamp the tool in the machine tool with high precision,
and in the machining process can still maintain high precision clamping state.

According to the accuracy of C25 Power Collet,
it can be divided into A grade, AA grade and AAA grade.
The accuracy of A grade is within 0.015mm,

AA grade is within 0.008mm and AAA grade is within 0.005mm.

C25 collet series are made of excellent material 65CrMnTi,
which has good elasticity and wear resistance after heat treatment and stable performance.
Large clamping force, high precision, good clamping stability. Mainly used for drilling, milling,
reaming, tapping and grinding in the shank and tool clamping use.
Powerful collets are designed with a spring steel bar grooved to allow a large clamping range
and at the same time have a good radial runout error,
